Ideal candidates would be detail oriented, strong under pressure, and great at communication. Having strong phone skills and great customer service is required. Insurance background or previous body shop experience would be preferred but is not required.
Job duties include:
-Answering phones, scheduling customers for drop offs and deliveries on our calendar
-Checking in vehicles, reviewing loss related and unrelated damages
-Upselling services for detail and collision repair
-Data entry and use of our shop management program
-Estimating light damages for walk in customers and also for our 3 insurance partners
