Professional Assistant Store Manager with extensive experience wanted. This position is available to those leaders who have experience in a busy operation with many moving parts. They should have experience working in an operation with strict standards while possessing strong organizational skills, with strict attention to detail. Assistant Store Managers help oversee the operations of the store, but their primary role is building their team. They are responsible for implementing and conducting training for their entire team of baristas, while overseeing the store hiring. This requires open availability for scheduling, based on the demands of the business. They also ensure cash handling procedures are met, cleanliness is to standard, and a “make your day" attitude is alive in the store culture. Along with these responsibilities, Assistant Store Managers will integrate and bring to life within their team the company Core Values: Be accountable, Be honest, Be of service, and Be the best version of yourself. 

Two Guns Espresso was started in 2011 by New Zealanders Andrew "Stan" Stanisich and Craig Oram. Specializing in authentic New Zealand style Flat Whites, Long Blacks and Lattes, we also have an amazing kitchen where we bake all our pastries as well as our delicious breakfast and lunch items.

We pride ourselves on our "make your day" attitude and on the exceptionally high quality of our coffee and food. Recently we have expanded our operation to include a downtown Los Angeles location at Wilshire and Figueroa.
