Sweetfin Poke is looking for seasoned restaurant General Manager/Store Manager candidates who can bring their previous experience and add value to our growing brand! WE'RE OPENING A NEW LOCATION ON THE WORLD FAMOUS ABBOT KINNEY and our looking for an experienced, high energy, personable, and talented GM candidate to run a high volume store! 

Job Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all restaurant activities • Full P&L responsibility • Oversee guest services and resolve issues • Ensure and maintain a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times • Train, manage and coach all Sweetfam personnel in Front of the House and Back of the House activities • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulation
Qualifications: • At least 2 years Store Management experience in food service • Strong leadership qualities • Have a proven track record illustrating your organizational and general business skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment • Excellent written and communication skills • Strong attention to detail
