You are passionate about supporting your Cafe Manager and Barista team. As the Assistant Cafe Manager you will be an essential member of daily cafe operations. 

You uphold all Alfred standards and values and ensure your team is abiding by all company policies and procedures. You ensure consistent, amazing guest service and oversee product inventory, employee training, scheduling, product quality and safe work practices.


2-3 years of retail management experience required

Food Handler's Certificate
