Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Provide Client contact support for various Client business processes and maintain attentive and prompt service
  • Identify issues and successfully resolve, quickly and efficiently
  • Utilize Company communication systems to keep record of Client interaction
  • Detect and evaluate Client needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Pass on escalated Client issues to Client Relations team when needed
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • React proactively to an ongoing, changing environment
  • Take incoming phone calls from clients and assist with their needs
  • Work through various queues in CRM to resolve issues/complete case
  • Demonstrate ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goals
  • Manage and complete various projects
  • Perform additional duties as required

Education:

  • High school diploma; college degree preferred

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of proven customer service experience

Competencies Needed:

  • Clinical/medical facility background preferred
  • Familiar with clinical verbiage such as titers, PPD, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Ability to problem solve effectively
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices, experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM

preferred 

  • Ability to cope with high-stress environment caused by challenging client needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to use multiple computer screens
