Kitchen:

-Set up and be ready for service. 
-Follow strict guidelines for behavior and attendance.
-Check and taste everything on your station daily. It is important to serve only the best food possible.  
-Monitor your station for today's service and set up the station so its ready for tomorrow's service, checking with your Chef to assist in station set up.
-Read incoming tickets thouroughly. Make the food in the way it was ordered in, any questions please ask your Chef. 
-Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. To be the best professional cook, you must work in a clean and organized environment. This is a daily practice. 

Skills & Requirements:

-2+ years of related (high volume) experience required.
-A positive attitude and willingingness to communicate about your craft is the most important part of being a successful employee at Petite Taqueria.
