Now that we are opening up for nights, we are in search for some dedicated professional line cooks that have the skills to prepare food to the Chef's exact specifications and to set up their stations in accordance to the menu. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.

Responsibilities

  • -Able to work in a high volume environment while keeping your station and prep area clean and organized
  • -Must be able to multi-task
  • -Stock inventory appropriately
  • -Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • -Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • -Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

  • Proven cooking experience
  • Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
  • Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
  • Familiar with industry’s best practices
  • Culinary school diploma ( A plus)

At The Butcher’s Daughter, we treat fruits and vegetables as a butcher would meat: We chop, fillet and carve fresh produce into healthy vegetarian dishes and press them into healthy juices. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch in a light-filled space and crank great coffee all day. We take pride in our daily-changing menu, which is 100% vegetarian and non-dairy. We don’t take ourselves too seriously, provide a great guest experience and always have fun!
