Our company is looking for a Web Chat Customer Service Agent. To be successful in this role, you should be an enthusiastic, a great communicator, and positively service driven. The principal objective of this office-based role is to supervise our online inquires and be the natural voice of the company.
This role entails:
- Ensure all customer questions are answered and taken care of timely and professionally
- Respond to incoming emails and live customer web chats from the website, in line with training and service guidelines.
- Display a complete understanding of all our products and services to upsell where necessary confidently
- Create bookings from inquiries
- Give exceptional customer service on every web chat to deliver an above-average service experience
- Great written communication skills
- Creative approach to challenges
- Work well under pressure while maintaining excellent standards
- IT literate with prior experience of MS Office
- Solid organizational skills - can you multi-task?
- Professional and strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience working on live web chat would be desirable
- Demonstrated record exceeding given targets
