We are searching for an individual with Strong Collection experience to join our Team.
The initial focus of the position will be to give world class customer service, while making collection calls. Achieving goals by dedicated focus on consistent, constant contact with our clients.
The overall goal is to establish the company as an industry leader, customer satisfaction, meeting customer needs,.
Candidate must be a self starter with strong interpersonal skills, good-natured, energetic with a positive attitude, computer literate and have an intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel, proficient in organization, oral and written communication a must.
This position reports to the Controller. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, demanding environment, handling multiple simultaneous tasks is a must.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collection calls
- Collection e-mail correspondence
- Maintaining Collection Notes
- Sending PDF copies of invoices and releases via e-mail as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to print AR Aging Reports & Invoices
- Ten key by touch
- MS Excel
- Minimum 2 years' previous collection experience
