RVCC Intersect is hiring!
We are seeking an experienced Cook for Morning Brunch and Lunch Service. This efficient menu and kitchen is led by Chef Eddie Ruiz. We are looking for a dedicated, hard working cook to continue the success of our food program by setting the bar high and maintaining our high quality standards.
Required: Weekend availability
--Available to start ASAP
--Service hours are 8am to 2pm, shifts are 7:30am to 2:30pm
--Be responsible for maintaining highest quality standards, efficient and quick ticket times, prep and clean tools and work station before and after shift, assist with product management by keeping daily inventory and maintaining proper stock quantities,
--Open kitchen environment, will need to be at ease cooking in front of guests. Understands when it is appropriate to engage socially with guests.
--Maintain prompt and punctual communication with manager
--Understands the needs of the team and works to support them
--Keen attention to detail
--Calm, cool and collected when facing challenges
--Responsible, comfortable, conversational, punctual, flexible
--Excellent and disciplined Mise en Place
--Excellent communication skills with management, fellow employees and guests
--Desire to learn and grow with company
