Overview
As a server at Felix, you are responsible for creating transporting and memorable dining experiences for every guest that you serve. You will be expected to come to work with a positive attitude, excited to work as a team to reach one common goal; that every guest leaves happy.

The Scope of the Role and Responsibilities are as follows:
• Make orders, deliver food and drink within timing standards
• Communicate daily features and make recommendations to guests
• Operate from "Yes" and always try to accommodate special requests
• Provide above and beyond customer service
• Handle cash and process payments
• Serve alcohol in accordance with California Law
• Maintain strong product and menu knowledge
• Follow Health and Safety Standards when handling food and beverage
• Partake in regular testing to ensure product knowledge is to standard
• Attend regularly scheduled training meetings to develop knowledge and skills; utilizing the tools on our online learning platform to continue learning and bettering yourself

Skills / Experience
• Previous serving experience
• Experience with Aloha or similar POS
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Multi-tasker
• Team player
• Knowledge of Italian food and wine an asset
• Positive Attitude
• TIPS Certification
