Our Key Leadership Positions Include:

General Manager: Wedgewood General Manager (GM) is responsible for all operational aspects of the property. We look for candidates with strong, proven leadership, a pro-active spirit and a passion for customer service. For Wedgewood, our GMs’ abilities to manage the sales teams and drive revenue are far more important than cost controls and administrative work. Candidates should be independent, entrepreneurial problem-solvers with experience and/or education that is reflective of dynamic hospitality leadership. Our GMs are leaders, coaches and mentors that craft and create positive environments for their staff and our clients and guests.

Catering Manager: Wedgewood Catering Manager (CM) is responsible for managing the wedding experiences of Wedgewood couples from the first site visit, to the day we send them their one-year anniversary card. We look for people with magnetic, high-energy personalities and outstanding interpersonal skills. A Wedgewood CM has a good balance of the competitive drive needed to achieve sales goals and the genuine empathy needed to shepherd couples through the wedding planning process. This role calls for polish, etiquette, unbridled patience and dedication. Candidates must have very strong organizational and computer skills. 

Captain-Coordinator-Sales Administrator: Wedgewood Captain-Coordinator-Sales Administrator (CCSA) is a combination of roles designed to support the sales and execution of events and weddings at our venues. In this role, the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the CCSA will be varied. The CCSA’s time is divided between working as a Banquet Captain, Wedding/Event Coordinator and Sales Administration Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for those interested in learning everything about Wedgewood. The valuable experience they gain in their day-to-day duties cannot be taught. The CCSA role is designed to groom staff to be primed for the Catering Manager position.  

Chef: Wedgewood Chef is responsible for managing the culinary experience at our venues.  At Wedgewood, our Chefs exhibit their culinary talents by personally performing many tasks while leading the culinary staff and managing all food related functions. They strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance in all areas of responsibility. Wedgewood Chefs come to us with exceptional high-volume banquet food production skills.  Our Chefs demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a drive for success and they always take pride in showing care for our clients and their guests.
