Job Description:

Responsibilities include providing support to Client Services Account Management Department in areas related to clerical and administrative tasks. These duties will include data entry, filing, report generation, identifying and setting up collection sites, updating records and responding to email and phone calls as necessary.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

Provides clerical support to WF Department.Prepares mass mailings as needed.Performs filing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner.Reviews, updates and make necessary corrections to results, including flawed tests, as authorized by federal/state regulations following company and client protocols.Assists with processing billing reports.Manually enters results as necessary, following all company procedures.Prepares monthly and quarterly reports for clients as requested.Assists with WF Hunt Group calls.Returns daily voice mail/e-mail messages from clients by end of same business day.Submits lab supply order and ensure timely delivery of orders.Provides receptionist coverage when needed.Identifies and sets up collection facilities for client accounts, as needed.Monitors Negative Pending results and assists in obtaining CCFs as needed.Follows up appropriately with clients regarding pending issues.Assist with random list generation.Assists in covering your team or department as needed.Has a basic understanding of DOT regulations.Other responsibilities and duties, as assigned


High School Diploma/GED


One year of general office/ customer service experience.

Competencies Needed:

Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OutlookBasic typing skills at 40 wpm.; excellent data entry skills at minimum of 8,000 kpmStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.Excellent customer service skills.Effective problem solving skills.Attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.Consistently exhibits a high level of dependability
