We are looking for a warm and welcoming Front Desk Office Clerk who will be in charge of creating a relaxed and helpful atmosphere in the company. Our ideal candidate will complete the standard receptionist responsibilities with ease and efficiency. In this role, you are the first impression of the company, and you should present yourself accordingly.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors and assist them respective of their needs
  • Watch the main office and front desk area
  • Comply with all security procedures for visitors
  • Perform clerical duties, maintain files, organize documents, maintain records, etc.
  • Take phone calls, take memos, answer emails, and address any inquiries on behalf of the company.
  • Oversee mail deliveries and packages
  • Support the Office Manager in planning meetings, luncheons, employee team-building activities, and company events
  • Supervise purchases, send invoices and track shipments of office supplies for all departments
  • Organize, set up, and manage conference, training, and meeting rooms
  • Prepare travel arrangements and correspond as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with people at all levels
  • Efficient and tidy both in job and appearance
  • Organized multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer Skills essential Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • High school degree minimum; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
