The Housekeeper is responsible for the outstanding cleanliness of the entire facility, with particular attention to the residents' rooms, high traffic areas, therapy rooms, and offices. He or she maintains a spotless appearance through regular, safe, thorough, and systematic housekeeping duties following company policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate for this position must be flexible with their schedule, hold a high school diploma or GED and prior relevant experience is preferred in housekeeping and floor care. He or she must have the physical stamina to perform the duties of this position. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
