Job Description

The Marketing & Loyalty Coordinator will work directly with both the marketing and loyalty departments to help support all their needs. 

Key Tasks:

  • Manage the support and customer service for all gift/promo/employee cards and loyalty program 
  • Assist in managing the calendar website content on TaoGroup.com and app
  • Project manage loyalty email marketing campaigns 
  • Stay relevant in the trends of competitor loyalty programs 
  • Assist in coming up with new marketing offers for the loyalty program 
  • Auditing TaoGroup.com and the Tao Group App ongoing to ensure it’s always up-to-date 
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the internal Tao Group Employee Rewards program 
  • Assist in card fulfilment orders as necessary 

As an integral part of the Marketing team, all members of the marketing team will be expected to:

  • Help create and conceptualize marketing collateral as needed
  • Work with the graphics team to ensure content is kept on brand
  • Work with the social media team and help create ideas and also help with new loyalty concepts to keep Tao Group cutting edge
  • Brainstorm new ideas for marketing team of events and ways to reinvent the brand
  • Keeps projects moving smoothly through the strategy, creation, management, production, and execution of processes
  • Ensures project deliverables meet and/or exceed internal and client expectations with respect to quality, budget, timelines, and strategy
  • Assist with creative brainstorm meetings
  • Assist in the creation of new and exciting content, including:  graphics, photography and videography

Experience/Skills

  • 1-3 years prior Marketing Experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
  • Knowledge of Marketing is a must
  • Experience in Restaurant/Hospitality is preferred
