You are considered to be the hub of INDUSTRY. You are exceptional at representing the studio, as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and you're always professional and friendly. Customer Service is your middle name and people like being around you. You have a knack for making people feel comfortable and welcome and diffusing sometimes difficult situations.
You understand and respect that because as the studio Ambassador your primary responsibility is to be professional, positive and upbeat.
You are detail oriented and enjoy being busy. You are able to maintain composure under pressure with multiple and changing priorities and remain focused on achieving desired outcomes. Despite frequent distractions and interruptions, you are able to provide quality and error-free results.
As an INDUSTRY Ambassador, you understand how to deal with sometimes sensitive and confidential information. You are collaborative, patient, and a critical thinker. You are a natural at building relationships and delighting both internal and external customers with your "Do what it takes" approach.
You love talking about all things fitness especially yoga, spin and pilates. When it comes to recommending different packages and promotions it rolls right off your tongue. You have a natural sales ability and are very comfortable telling people what is the best for them when it come to their fitness choices. You take pride in your workplace and it shines through everything you do and every interaction. You are a rockstar!
Maintain the distinct INDUSTRY aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere and culture
Convey a positive, upbeat and approachable attitude while on the premises
Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients
Engage all guests, inclusive of actively selling membership opportunities, class packages, and products
Go the extra mile for clients, remember names and personal details to make them part of our community
Ensure the studio and equipment remain impeccable at all times, including contributing to the overall cleanliness of the studio
Execute successful class check-ins and rentals
Help ensure that classes start on time and end on time
Answer phones and emails in a timely and professional manner, free of grammatical errors
Minimum 2 years experience in an studio reception or similar role
High school diploma
Proven Microsoft Office skills - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiar with Google docs and share files
Flexibility to work weekends, holiday, and evening shifts
Detail oriented and highly organized
Entrepreneurial and resourceful
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Superior communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for fitness and wellness
