Plumbing Company in Orange County is seeking experienced office staff. 

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  1. Answering inbound customer phone calls
  2. Scheduling Plumbing Technicians
  3. Follow-up calls to customers 
  4. Emailing Proposals & Invoices
  5. Entering Invoices & Receipts in QuickBooks
  6. Issuing PO's
  7. Filling Paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED:

  1. 1 or more years experience in an office environment.
  2. Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, Edge, Adobe, and QuickBooks.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with staff, clients and vendors.
  4. Organized, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  5. Experience in the construction industry a plus.

Established company over 10 years in business.

Not a seasonal position.
