DeLuscious Cookies is looking for someone who LOVES interacting with customers over the phone.

You'll be taking phone orders and providing excellent customer service for our busy line.


  • Minimum 1 year experience in phone customer service  
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook (Quickbooks is a plus!)
  • Working knowledge of computers 
  • Previous office and order taking/call center experience
  • Ability to handle multiple phone lines
  • Comfortable assisting customers with their gift selections 
  • Punctual and able to work a 40 hour per week schedule
  • Available for overtime during the Holidays
  • Minimum 2 professional references
