Kitchen United is looking for an experienced, motivated and passionate Manager to help lead our Pasadena team.  We are a start up shared kitchen facility whose goal is to provide support to food businesses and restaurants looking to reach the market through delivery.  We are an expanding company and opportunities for advancement will be available.

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of previous restaurant or kitchen management experience

- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Entrepreneurial mentality

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity.

- Minimum High school or GED

- Ability to work nights and weekends

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensuring the utmost in customer service for both kitchen members and restaurant patrons

- Ensure all company checklists are completed according to the assigned schedules (opening checklist, closing checklist, temperature checklist, etc.)

- Interview, hire and train staff so that all employees meet Kitchen United standards

- Inventory and ordering of product

- Overseeing cleanliness of kitchens and front of house space

- Onboarding new kitchen share members

- Creating and maintaining positive working relationships with kitchen members

- Overseeing general maintenance of all kitchen equipment

- Managing the Point of Sale system and menu updates for restaurant partners

- Conducting monthly staff meetings

- Assisting the General Manager wherever needed

- Acting as Manager on duty in the General Manager's absence

- All other duties required to successfully operate the restaurant
