Internal Call Center agents
We are building a call center that will have dedicated agents, to better support our catering guests
Living the Newk’s culture from clock in to clock out!
--Answering the phone asap, and with a smile
--Provide outstanding guest service – LISTEN to the guest!
--Work with the Monkey Media system
--Checking voicemails when calls not answered
--Communicating with locations – ex: client needs, last minute orders/requests, high order volume times etc
--Understand security systems set in place for our guests – credit info etc.
--Enter in ezCater orders for all markets
--Email sleepy clients via email
--Place return calls -- at CSM discretion
--Follow and understand the P.A.R.T.N.E.R.S in our culture card, to resolve issues.
--Monday – Friday ONLY
--7:00 am to 7:00 pm
--Shifts: 3 shifts every day. Opener, Mid, Closer.
--Aproximately 25-35 hours weekly
--Full time/Part time position
--Off major holidays
--Training in Monkey Media/Guest phone service/Menu & Newk’s standards provided
--Training schedule when hired:
1 week working in restaurant & 1 week learning Call Center duties
--Agents will report to Catering Sales Managers for each market each day with feedback, concerns, issues etc.
