This is NOT your typical Exec Chef job. We are looking for an Executive Chef who wants to be a part of the future of the restaurant world. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, detail-oriented, and ready to make a big impact. At each one of our kitchens, multiple brands operate side by side, which means multiple cuisines and a wide of variety of dishes all out of the same space. We are re-inventing what it means to be a “restaurant.”

-Ensuring the highest degree of quality and consistency in every aspect of our food production-Controlling the sanitation and organization of kitchen, equipment and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment which meets/exceeds federal, state, and corporate standards and regulations.
-Ensuring consistent execution of recipes, including portioning and presentation standards.
-Maintaining excellent communications amongst kitchen staff and between kitchen and corporate teams.
-Maintaining inventory of food and non-food supplies to stay within established guidelines while assuring that necessary product is available.
-Utilizing daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
-At least 5 years experience in the kitchen
-Obsessive about food quality and presentation
-Strong communication, detail-oriented, and desire to work your butt off
-Positive attitude and energy
-Passionate about food that's both healthy and delicious, as our company is committed to "better-for-you" takes on traditionally unhealthy cuisines
-Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implement company policies
-Available on mornings, nights, and weekends
-Desire to grow with the company as we continue our rapid expansion
