LASA is seeking a motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, and experienced line-cook to join our dinner team Friday-Sundays. We are a Filipino-inspired, seasonal restaurant. Come work for a 2018 Food & Wine magazine restaurant of the year. We are a small but focused kitchen team offering a position for someone to cook in a positive learning environment. Were looking for someone with at least 2-3 years line-cook experience at a chef driven restaurant or seasonal kitchen, is confidently capable in handling and cooking meat, seafood and vegetables, and can both follow recipes, specific direction and is extremely organized. If it sounds like were asking for a lot, DO NOT waste your time applying. Looking for an individual with a desire to sharpen their craft, cook food they are potentially unfamiliar with, that is open to learning about OUR version of Filipino American Cuisine.
