Helps provide an overall great customer service experience by assisting restaurant employees and servers with the following duties:
- Monitors and clears tables throughout service
- Sets and clears tables timely to ensure prompt service
- Follows all food safety guidelines and standards
- May be asked to bring customers table bread and butter before ordered dishes arrive in the Full Service restaurant
- May be asked to assist in bringing food from the kitchen to customers
- Works with a strong sense of urgency
- Is a complete team player; works well with others
- Follows all equipment safety guidelines
- Is in complete uniform, appropriately groomed, and always role models the La Brea Bakery Brand image
- Maintains and re-stocks working area including condiment station; does not leave assigned area at any time without properly notifying management and other employees
- Sweeps and Mops Floors

Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or one to three months related experience and/or training
Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers .Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems timely and professionally.
Certificates and Licenses: Must have Serve Safe Certificate
