As the Marketing Manager, you are a creative, pro-active leader who excels at successfully collaborating with your cross-functional partners, internal and vendor based, to drive traffic to our site and improve the consumer experience. You will focus on strategy for your objectives while connecting with and establishing meaningful relationships with your peers. You will create detailed project proposals. This position will include working in our locations to gain on hand information from our customers and employees, plus work events. The ideal candidate is willing to go outside the box to do what is needed to bring in sales and maximize co-op dollars from vendors. Our Marketing Manager is able to work with our vendors for employee incentives as well; getting prizes and promotional items for events.
This employee is a self starter, using initiative to find new and effective ways to promote Diane's and increase sales.
