Stone Candles is a Los Angeles-based candle company with a large range of offerings including candles, oils, and home fragrance products that can be found in boutiques, upscale markets, hotels, and spas nationwide. Our 100% natural coconut wax sets us apart in the industry, and our private label manufacturing company, Light 4 Life Cause, proudly partners with a non-profit that provides jobs to the developmentally disabled. The Procurement and Production Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day functioning of the business by overseeing all ordering, inventory management, and production strategy and planning. Responsibilities will include analyzing incoming purchase orders and statements, maintaining inventory spreadsheets, communicating with domestic and international vendors, and scheduling production plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills that will allow them to manage a multitude of projects simultaneously while also creating more efficient processes and systems to manage our growing business. 

Basic Qualifications: 

- 3+ years in supply chain or production management, including managing inventory and stock levels

- Knowledgable in Quickbooks and Excel - Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience - Strong organizational skills 

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Acute attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and see processes through from beginning to completion
