Responsible for the Day to Day operations in a catering/commissary kitchen. Staffing and training all team members to execute flawlessly to our high-end clients. Provide great support to our restaurant locations with any needs.

• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for up to 6 hours
• Catering and/or banquet experience
• Strong work ethic
• Valid CA driver’s license (must be insurable under the company's insurance)
• Open availability and punctual
• Strong delegation skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team and individually
• Able to think on your feet, troubleshoot and remain calm
• Desire to grow with a company
• A minimum of 3 years Catering Experience

• A minimum of 3 years Management Experience (in hospitality field)
• Creativity, up to date on culinary trends and techniques, with a natural desire to continue learning
