Summary of Position:   Work with General Manager and AGM to supervise the floor and/or work areas in the operation of a Seafood Restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Other responsibilities include the management of operations including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs and systems. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.  

 Qualifications:  - Require at least 2+ years of Shift lead/management experience   - Basic computer skills, typing and writing ability for correspondence, memos, etc.  - Proficient in Micros POS, Outlook and Microsoft Office  - Expected hours 35-45 hours per week  - Ability to manage in a full service, high volume, fast paced dining establishment
