Responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant:

  • Enhance customer service experience for our consumers
  • Work to create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
  • Set and maintain all customer service procedures and policies
  • Document all customer service actions and discussions keeping accurate interaction records
  • Stay abreast of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
  • Work with new customer service agents to improve skills

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Associate Degree from a University or College 
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Supervisory or management experience in Customer Service  
  • Exceptional Skills in Microsoft Office    
  • Positive energy and able to work well with a team
  • Goal focused and results-oriented
  • Highly detail-oriented
