The Soothe Customer Experience Team is the face and voice of the company. We are the first touchpoint for our clients and massage therapists, and in many circumstances we have to solve complex problems quickly. We are looking to add full-time customer service representatives to our growing team where you’ll be answering the phones, responding to texts, online chat inquiries, and filling appointments. We are ideally seeking experienced call center professionals who enjoy speaking on the phone and making our customers happy! We are a small team set to expand rapidly over the coming months and we are looking for highly motivated people who want to grow with our company!
Provide phenomenal support by handling inbound and outbound call volume, answering emails and text messages, and responding to online chat inquiries
Book appointments and match therapists to fill them
Educate new customers about the services that we offer
Education: BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience
Experience: 1+ year of customer service in a call center setting, hospitality, or retail management
Excellent written and verbal skills, Spanish and German Languages are a plus
Comfortable with a fast-paced, changing environment
Entrepreneurial mindset - willing to wear multiple hats and grow with the company!
