Family Style Restaurant 2.0 is a quickly expanding company functioning as a high volume pizza delivery based business. We work with a tight staff that have the ability to multi task and are well versed in all kitchen duties. Currently we are seeking experienced working managers to run and operate our locations. We operate during lunch, dinner, and late night hours with a wide variety of prep, toppings, and doughs. We require managers to have a thorough understanding of the quality and expectations of how a kitchen should operate regarding staff, product, and overall representation of a business.
What you bring:
- Two years of management experience in fast casual dinning (preferably with pizza)
- Ability to manage inventory and stock
- Proficient in managing prep
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Hiring/firing experience
- Ability to make schedules
- Ability to effectively coach and discipline for performance
- Skills in properly training new employee’s
- Strength in maintaining kitchen efficiency and effectiveness
- High Standards of kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Must have a valid Managers Food Handlers Certificate
- Confidence in problem solving under high pressure situations
Family Style is quickly expanding and allowing all staff the opportunity to grow within the company. It is important that our managers lead by example, set a high standard amongst the staff under their supervision, and take ownership of the kitchen.
Compensation will start at an hourly rate during the training period ranging from $20-$25 per hour. Once promoted to the Kitchen Manager position we will be offering a yearly salary between $50K-$57K and health insurance eligibility after 60 days of maintaining the position. All compensation will be based on qualifications and experience.
