Downtown Los Angeles’ diverse dining scene continues to flourish with the anticipated spring arrival of Le Grand, a modern Mediterranean restaurant with a focus on fresh seafood with a coastal California touch. Helmed by chef/brother duo, Alexander (Executive Chef) and Chris Manos (Chef De Cuisine), Le Grand will embody a luxe yet relaxed feel with a menu replete with reimagined Mediterranean inspired classics, homemade pasta and of course, fresh seafood.
We are set to open Le Grand at the end of April at which time we will be starting with dinner service seven days a week.
We are looking for servers with at least 2 years of experience, fine dining preferred, who can guide the experience of the guest through a coursed meal. Following sequence of service, higher touches, proper table maintenance and wine service knowledge are a must. We are looking for full-time servers but will consider part-time applications. We work as a team and appreciate people who strive for the greater good, so please have a teamwork mentality.
