The Wolves in Downtown LA seeks a talented Sous Chef with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate has an extraordinary attention to detail, strong kitchen management experience and a passion for culinary excellence.

Job Requirements:

  • Daily inventory and ordering
  • Knowledge of modernist ingredients and culinary trends
  • Assist Executive Chef with staff training and scheduling
  • Ability to keep and maintain costs, with the foresight to grow revenue
  • Firm understanding of margins
  • Creative palate, creative mind, calm under pressure
