Din Tai Fung USA is searching for a Guest Services Assistant to join our team!

The Guest Services Assistant position is a Full-Time position, and you will work approximately 40 hours/week. The company provides medical insurance (80% company contribution) within 90 days of your date of hire. The hours are relatively flexible, but a typical schedule is M-F from 9AM to 6PM with meal/rest breaks. 

We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking to our guests on the phone and via email, adept with email/computers, detail-oriented, understanding of our guests' needs, detail-oriented, good at multi-tasking, and a fast learner. We prefer someone who has experience working with Guest Services platforms (Yelp, Facebook, Google Reviews, etc.), but this is not a requirement. 

There is growth opportunity for this position within our corporate office, where employees may pursue Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, etc.
