4:30am - 11:00am
Saturday + Sunday, plus Friday if possible
YOU MUST DESCRIBE IN YOUR WORK HISTORY the following or you will be declined:
- Minimum 2+ years Baking
- High-volume commercial Baking kitchens
- Multiple pastries at same time in multiple fully stacked ovens
- Baking recipe's preparation
- Food Handler's Certificate
Large Piping Bag Expertise
- This is our primary tool used in production with both batters and glazes. Please do not apply without this skill, we do not teach this skill.
- Our kitchen is relaxed and fun, and we get the job done working as a team. The kitchen teams are very small, and there is only space enough for good vibes! We all show up each shift ready to put our best self into the task at hand.
