We're looking for a leader to help us manage our kitchen operations on the following shifts:
Sat: AM, Sun: AM, Tue: PM, Wed: PM - an additional 5th shift would be available on Mon, Thur or Fri.
Prior kitchen supervisory experience and some Spanish language skills are required. PM produce orders for the next day
- You must have a valid food handler's card - a food manager ceftification is a plus.
- Uphold culinary standards and staff performance
- Exhibit teamwork and a positive attitude consistently
- Have an exceptional eye for details and cleanliness
- Possess a working knowledge of safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
- Take pride in being well-groomed & professional in appearance
- Have at least one year of similar high-volume experience
