Growing Chiropractic and wellness center located in West Hollywood is seeking a self-starter with strong marketing/sales capabilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support of all marketing initiatives
  • Seek new business that would benefit from our services
  • Monitor the company's brand in a social media channel
  • Create marketing material
  • Check patients in and out, take payment, answer phones
  • Interaction with patients, relationship building
  • Verify insurance
  • Maintain office flow

Position Requirements:

  • A strong interest in health care and chiropractic work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Highly organized for effectively handling multiple tasks
  • Social media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • An upbeat attitude and easily approachable
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently without supervision
  • Email marketing program knowledge a plus, especially MailChimp
  • Education Level: College student or graduate in related areas of study

Hours: PT (flexibility within the hours of 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri) May convert to full time. Must be willing to travel locally. Drivers license and reliable transportation a must. Please reply to this posting with resume and cover letter. Thank you!
