Oversee the successful operations of the restaurant office in all capacities. Uphold and enforce all company procedures.

Financial Management:

  • Approve all payroll reports prior to submitting to Payroll Department
  • Prepare and execute banking (deposits, making change, etc.)
  • Cash management; petty cash management
  • Responsible for Daily Sales Reports
  • Manage all invoice coding, PO system, and communicate with accounting when necessary
  • Analysis of daily and weekly sales journal 
  • Prepare and communicate weekly operational reports

Staff Management & Development (HR):

  • Communicate consistently with HR Director
  • Maintain employee files and proper documentation in partnership with HR Software
  • Manage all scheduling ensuring your café is staffed appropriately in order to be successful
  • Maintain updated training materials and literature in your café
  • Report and properly document any work related injuries
  • Oversee all new hires and the successful completion of their paperwork

Café Operations:

  • Responsible for email and all company communications
  • Communicate consistently with General Manager
  • Upgrade and maintain written materials regarding structures and systems
  • Monitor and maintain organization of office facility
  • Oversee order and fulfillment of supplies
  • Follow and uphold all company policies per employment handbook


  • Proven track record of superior organizational skills and interaction skills
  • Ability to analyze sales and spending trends
  • Data entry skills using restaurant and accounting software
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-suite programs
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining composed and professional
  • A recommended minimum of 6 months’ experience in a restaurant office at an operational level
