Tokyo Fried Chicken Co. is small, high volume restaurant that serves fried chicken for dine-in and takeout. Our chicken concepts takes inspiration from both Japanese chicken karaage and American southern fried chicken along with various sides and craft beers.

We are currently looking to fill our KITCHEN EXPEDITOR position with shifts 5 days a week. Weekly schedule is Wednesday-Sunday from 4:30pm-close. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays.

Job description for KITCHEN EXPEDITOR includes (but is not limited to):

  • Monitoring incoming and outgoing orders
  • Communicating with team
  • Garnishing sides
  • Light prep
  • Plating appetizers
  • Cleaning
  • Sending out food
  • Restocking product

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Available to work immediately Wednesdays-Sundays 4:30pm to close (30-35hrs/week)
  • A good attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work well on own and with others
  • Kitchen experience preferred, but can be trained
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift up to 25lbs
  • Current CA Food Handler's card required
