Orangetheory Fitness Woodland Hills and Agoura Hills is looking to hire new Sales Associates to join its first-class team. The position is a sales-based role complimented with high levels of customer service in our high-spirited, health-conscious environment with great energy focused on making positive and meaningful impacts in people’s lives in our community.

Orangetheory Fitness is a hot new group personal training concept that is now the fastest growing fitness brand in the world. This interval-based cardio and strength training workout, backed by the science of target zone heart-rate monitoring, has been featured in the numerous national publications (Shape Magazine, Men's Health, LA Times, The Doctors, The Today Show, Good Morning America, etc.) and is touted as the 'best one hour workout in the country,' whereby participants of all different ability levels burn 500 to 1000 calories in a 60 minute session. This workout helps build strength, increase energy, surpass workout plateaus and achieve goals never thought possible.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule prospective members through phone/txt and/or email into their first intro class

- Conduct telephone inquiries/follow up calls/customer care calls

- Maintain accurate records using established OTF sales systems

- Establish and maintain an effective customer referral program

- Register all guests into the studio using proper registration procedures

- Meet and greet members and guests daily to create a positive and friendly environment

- Lead OTF studio tours with new client prospects

- Work closely with Trainers/Coaches to ensure that members have first-class experience every visit

- Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area

- Process accurate cash and credit card transactions

- Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns

- Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs

- Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist

Skills/Qualifications:

- Must be comfortable with sales/goal-oriented work environment

- Must have a passion for people by being attentive, outgoing, positive, friendly and engaging

- Must have outstanding customer service skills

- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must have the ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy environment.

- Must be able to work as a team with other Sales Associates and Trainers/Coaches

- Must be flexible to potentially work weekends when needed/requested by your Studio Manager

- Must have basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word and Excel

- Health and fitness-minded applicants are preferred

- Minimum of a high school diploma is required

Experience:

  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Preferred)
