FULL TIME FOOD TRUCK MANAGER
Established food truck looking for reliable manager to drive the truck and be lead cook. If you’re a badass on the line, responsible, and have desires to grow with an expanding company, this job is for you. We are looking for outgoing, efficient, and enthusiastic applicants for a good work environment.
Prep, cooking, shopping, driving the food truck.
HOURS Approx. 50-70 HRS/WEEK
Hours can range from 8:00a.m. - 11:00pm between lunch and dinner shifts. We typically have the truck go out 5-6 days a week some days being doubles shifts.
*Truck is stationed out of Sun Valley/Burbank and is where you will start and end your day.
- A Food handlers permit (management permit a plus).
- A clean driving record (insurance will check)
- Reliable personal transportation.
- Cooking experience.
- Background check (certain permits require this)
- Flexibility ( We work many weekends)
- Reliability (If you call in, the truck cannot go out so reliability is KEY)
- Passion for cooking. We take pride in what we serve.
- Great customer service skills. We have a large regular customer base who we love, and need everyone working on the truck to be positive and care about our customers.
- Team player. While you will be the lead cook, you will need to be willing to take on many different roles.
