About the Role

This program is helping people with medical transportation in Alaska. You must have a high level of urgency, empathy and customer service for this program. Must be able to answer inbound customer calls in a timely and productive manner. Must be able to maintain a strong relationship and communication between EMS and our client’s account procedures and managing priorities.

You must be able to work a 12pm-9pm shift with one weekend day. The other day off will be during the week. If you cannot work this shift, do not apply to this job ad.

Essential Skills:

·         Above average customer service skills

·         Strong written and verbal skills with customers and co-workers

·         Computer knowledge and Internet skills

·         Strong time management skills are a must

·         Friendly and energetic attitude

·         Ability to navigate through multiple computer screens/tabs

·         Quick learner who enjoys trouble shooting and problem solving skills

·         Ability to work both as an individual and a team member

Desirable Skills:

·         Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

·         Must be familiar with phone Apps, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office

·         At least 6 months call center experience preferred, but not required

·         Variety of shifts available, must be available at least 1 weekend shift

·         High School Diploma or equivalent
