Line Cook/Lead Line Cook

The ideal candidates for the above positions would have thefollowing attributes:

  • Previous hotel kitchen experience a plus
  • Attention to detail with a focus on customerservice
  • Ability to multitask and work with high volumeefficiently
  • Clear communication skills with a focus on teamwork
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule thatincludes weekends, holidays and overnight shifts
  • Current Serve Safe California food handlers card

Line Cook

  • Proficient with all cooking techniques
  • Able to make decisions without continuousoversight
  • Flexible Schedule, able to work all shiftsincluding overnight

Lead Line Cook – AM & PM

  • Previous Luxury Hotel experience
  • Junior supervisory experience preferred
  • Proficient with protein cooking
