Overview

The role will be instrumental in servicing our guests via phone, by answering brand or location questions and organizing reservations. 

Basic Function

The Reservationist role is responsible for supporting the restaurant operations through overseeing the phone and reservation systems.

Principal Accountabilities:

· Answering the restaurant phone with the same mentality around guest service as our service team members exercise every day in the restaurant

· The taking and organization of reservations and collection of private event requests

· Basic data entry through various systems and platforms

· Office supply management

· Support managing team members to ensure optimizing their time in the restaurant. 

Desired Qualifications: 

- Host experience

- Expert with OpenTable or Resy

- Customer service experience

- Exposure to invoice/data entry
