We are looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook that loves to work as a team helping create delicious food for our guests!
Line Cook position is responsible for managing all aspects of food preparation, preparing menu items in a timely manner, cleaning and prepping during down time.
• Cleans, cuts, prepares, and cooks meat, fish, or poultry to a safe temperature.
• Prepares and cooks various items according to menus, special dietary or nutritional
requirements, or numbers of portions to be served.
• Runs food to patients, patrons, customers, guests, employees when needed.
• Washes cooking equipment such as pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other pieces. • Inventories supplies and equipment. If we are running low inform the Chef.
• Ensures the cleanliness.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
