Tao Group Las Vegas is a fast-paced and growing Nightclub/Restaurant and Hospitality Group on the Las Vegas Strip is seeking an entry-level HR person to add to our growing team!
Must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft applications and have experience with the onboarding process. Must also be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Open availability is a must.
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist in the hiring process/orientations
Maintain employee files; Ensure 100% compliance
Maintain office organization, filing, supply orders
Answer phone calls and employee requests
Assist with recruitment activities
Assist Director of HR with administrative needs and company reporting needs
Bilingual (Spanish/English) fluency
General HR and/or office administrative support experience a big plus
Must exhibit overwhelming hospitality
Ability to multi-task & follow up
Extremely strong skill set in Word and Excel
Ability to communicate with staff and upper management (both verbal and written)
Ability to maintain confidential matters
High School Diploma or GED
