We are looking for an organized and motivated Customer Service Coordinator for our company. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to our customers. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize multiple tasks assigned, work well under pressure, and succeed in a time-oriented environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide marketing support for new and current customers;
  • Provide logistical support and help with other immediate customer needs;
  • Answer routine questions from customers about products and services;
  • Organize the sending of materials;
  • Manage schedule grouping; recommend appropriate travel arrangements; 
  • Provide general administrative support, such as preparing, correcting and sending correspondence, and organizing files;

Requirements 

  • 1+ year of significant work experience;
  • History of establishing relationships in the preferred sector;
  • Very competent with Microsoft Office for Windows (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
  • Detail-oriented, thorough and organized;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Demonstrated experience in positions that require discretion, judgment, tact, and balance
