This candidate will be required to perform all three positions: bussing tables, running food, and hosting. We believe in cross-training candidates and having them really understand restaurant operations. Please come in for open interviews from Mon-Thurs between 2:30-3:30 at our Culver City location.

We have 3 restaurants in West LA – Pacific Palisades, Brentwood and Culver City. We started in 1991 when Dave gave up law and bought an old, run down cantina on PCH. We’ve evolved over the years into neighborhood spots serving comfort Mexican food prepared with fresh quality ingredients. We make our sauces from scratch, and our corn tortillas and tamales by handmade. We have many vegetarian and gluten free options. And many of our recipes have been inspired by our head chef’s Oaxacan village roots. We serve Mexican food/burgers/salads, and we wear tennis shoes and t-shirts. No ties or loafers.
