Red Maple Cafe is looking for seasoned line cooks for our fast-casual cafe located in the Burbank/Toluca Lake area.

Prepare our dishses following the recipe to produce consistent results.

Know and comply with standard cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen practices.

Cook a vartiety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using ovens, grills, burners, pizza ovens, panini makers and other kitchen equipment.

Always make sure the plate presentation looks great.

Follow proper portion controls.

Working as a team to keep the kitchen clean, following sanitization standards and ensuring the kitchen and storage area are organized.

Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment, around high temperatures, comfortable standing for long periods, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

A minimum of 1 year kitchen experience preferred.

Must have your Food Handler's Certification, have a valid driver’s license or state ID, and be authorized to work in the United States 

Must be calm under pressure and be able to multi-task.

The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work weekends and some holidays (we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
