An expanding Insurance Agency specializing in group health benefits is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office. A back ground in Insurance is preferred but not required.
Must have excellent customer service skills and be computer literate and able to learn software. Must be highly organized and able to create reports.
Must be able:
- Process Insurance Applications
- Run Policy Illustrations/Proposals
- Answer Phones
- Schedule Appointments for policy deliver
- Send emails
- Data entry for sales reports/policy records
- Experience with Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
